What we don't log

We do not log which websites, apps, or destinations you connect to through the VPN. The server is explicitly configured with destination logging turned off — this isn't just a policy promise, it's how the software is set up.

What we do collect

Account info: the email address and password you register with (password is stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).
Data usage totals: if your plan has a data cap, we track total bytes transferred per month to enforce that limit. This is an aggregate number — we cannot see or reconstruct what that data was.
Subscription status: whether your account is active, paused, or expired, and until when.
Notes you or we add: e.g. payment method notes an admin may record for support purposes.

Payments

Subscriptions are currently activated manually after you contact us and arrange payment outside this platform. We do not store payment card details or process payments directly through this site.

Who can see your data

Only the service administrator has access to the admin panel and underlying server. We do not sell or share your account information with third parties.

Data retention

Account data is kept while your account exists. If you'd like your account and associated data deleted, contact us and we'll remove it.

Server infrastructure

The VPN server is hosted on a VPS you connect to directly. Standard connection metadata needed to operate the service (e.g. that a connection was accepted) may briefly exist in server memory/logs for operational purposes, but destination browsing data is not written to disk, as noted above.
